LOOP LICENSES

Use a licensed loop to create one new instrumental or song with additional musical material. Commercial distribution and licensing your new instrumental to artists require the final agreement to permit that use and carry the INOVMOD credit and split obligations through to the resulting releases. Sending the original loop files to buyers is not permitted. A separate license is needed for a different production.

Payment covers the agreed license and files. It does not transfer the loop composition or recording copyright, and does not make the loop royalty-free. Publishing percentages, master royalties, collaborator shares and accounting obligations must be set in a signed split sheet before commercial release. No percentage is implied by this page. MP3 and WAV are untagged. Stems are tagged and supplied only when the selected agreement includes them. Do not resell, redistribute, share or upload the source loop or stems as a sample pack, library or standalone asset. Do not register the non-exclusive loop or a production containing it for exclusive automated claims, including YouTube Content ID.

Loops marked SAMPLE may contain third-party recordings or compositions. The INOVMOD license does not grant those third-party rights. Confirm who obtains and pays for the required clearances in the signed agreement before commercial use. Pitching or editing a sample does not establish clearance.

Charged in USD every month until renewal is cancelled. One paid billing month allows the number of loop selections shown in your plan. Choose the entire monthly selection once; confirmed selections cannot be exchanged. Unused selections expire at the next billing period and do not roll over. Cancellation stops the next renewal and keeps access to the paid period until its end. Previously confirmed file downloads and licenses remain available, subject to the license terms. MP3 + WAV untagged are included; stems are not included unless expressly stated. Failed or unpaid renewals do not grant a new selection. No free trial is included. Any applicable tax is displayed by Stripe before payment.

These are proposed commercial terms. Before payment, confirm the license, files, parties, publishing and royalty splits, term, territory, sample clearances, permitted artist licensing, synchronization uses and governing law in your final agreement with INOVMOD. Exclusive rights and film, advertising or other synchronization uses require separate written terms. Statutory consumer rights are not waived by these proposals.
