UNDERSTAND YOUR LICENSE
MP3, WAV & STEMS
MP3 is compressed audio. WAV is an uncompressed stereo file. Stems are separate instrument tracks for mixing around your vocals. Stems do not include the FL Studio project or plugin licenses.
PREMIUM: 100,000 STREAMS
PREMIUM replaces the former UNLIMITED name. It permits up to 100,000 audio streams and 100,000 video streams, counted separately. It is not an unlimited-stream license. Contact INOVMOD before exceeding either cap.
COPIES, STREAMS & PERFORMANCES
Distribution copies, audio streams and video streams are separate limits. A music-video allowance sets the number of videos, not their permitted views. Paid and non-profit performances have separate allowances. The final contract defines how each use is counted.
CREDITS, PUBLISHING & ROYALTIES
Credit “Prod. by INOVMOD” is required on every tier, including EXCLUSIVE, plus any co-producers identified in the agreement. Composition splits and producer royalties are specified in the final contract. A fee does not by itself buy the instrumental or the composition.
EXCLUSIVE
Exclusive availability must be confirmed before payment. The agreement must address existing licenses, future licensing, delivery and the rights being granted. The Traktrain setup shows a 50% publishing field; its allocation must be explicit in the signed contract.
CONTENT ID, RESALE & SYNC
Non-exclusive licenses do not authorize exclusive audio-claiming registrations such as Content ID, or resale and sharing of beat files. Advertising, film, TV and other synchronization uses require a separate written agreement. Exclusive Content ID and transfer rights must also be specified in writing.
PAYMENT & DELIVERY
The cart is an order request, not a purchase or license grant. Final files are delivered after payment and a signed agreement, once availability and any sample or co-producer clearances are confirmed. When available, Stripe Checkout collects payment only after you confirm your final license terms with INOVMOD. For orders with automatic delivery, the purchased MP3, WAV and stems unlock on the payment confirmation page. MY DOWNLOADS reopens orders saved in this browser; keep your private recovery link to access an order from another device. The final agreement specifies duration, territory, parties, governing law and all usage terms.
